CUSTOMER STORY · ANDREW LAUREN INTERIORS

Sold on it before they even see the price

Andrew Lauren Interiors fed a wireframe to Renovate AI and walked into the appointment with the finished room. The builder signed that week.

Wireframe Photoreal render

Drag it. Wireframe in, photoreal room out. The render itself takes about thirty seconds.

The deadline

Bringing higher-level technology and exceptional visual clarity, ALI seamlessly took over the project

Three days to present an entire home's finishes before the house existed. Until then, getting finishes in front of a buyer meant six-inch vendor samples, downloaded, cut, and pasted into a PDF by hand.

It was very, very time consuming. They would copy and paste a piece of the mosaic onto the area and label it. Very old school.

Your move

Now do it with your own sketch

Drop a wireframe, a template, or a hand-drawn sketch and a few material selections. See it come back buyer-ready. "It could even be a hand-drawn sketch, which is crazy." That's where ALI started.

Render your own space

What the team did

Wireframe in, buyer-ready room out

Her team fed the wireframes and the material list into the design center. No photographer, no staging, no waiting on an outside renderer. The render itself came back in about thirty seconds. From there the engine placed the materials, set them true-to-scale, and dialed in the room until it was buyer-ready. About ten minutes of the tool refining, with an assistant directing it. No one was rendering by hand. An outsourced render firm comes back in days. From a wireframe to a render that could close the lot: ten minutes.

“That was amazing. Absolutely a game changer.”

What happened

The builder stopped deliberating

The ALI team walked into the appointment with the finished rooms instead of swatches. And the buyer wasn't deciding on a vibe. Every render was built on ALI's own catalog: the exact finishes, the real veining, the specific tile a buyer would actually receive. So a powder-bath wall nobody upgrades became a sale the moment they could see the mosaic on it. Not a marble. That mosaic, the one going on the wall. The builder didn't debate it, and the selections that buyers usually skip started selling themselves.

Generic AI renders a marble. Renovate AI renders the marble in your catalog, the one your buyer is about to choose.

The contract was signed within that week. We love it, move forward. Can you get us the renderings for the other five lots?

Why it repeats

And it doesn't take your best people

Her design team was skeptical at first. Some worried the renders would design them out of a job. They came around when they saw the split: the render does the visualization, the designer still makes every call that matters, which material, which pairing, which edit. The leads pick the materials, hand off the list, and a design center assistant Holly trained builds the room. The most expensive thing a design firm has is its senior designers' time, and the render stops spending it on production.

It doesn't have to be me, it doesn't have to be our lead designers. The lead designers pick out the materials, give the list to the design center assistant, they can design it.

What she'd tell a firm sitting where ALI was a year ago: they could not do this fast enough.

Picture this is your firm

This is a tool for you to make more money. Use the tool, push the sale with your design. Now your design comes to life, where most buyers and most clients don't have the ability to visualize.
